For technical assistance, to sign up for an account, or if you have a question about your bill, please call Member Services at (800) 921-9328. Member Services representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For faster service, please be ready to provide the following information when you call:
- Your e-mail address or customer ID number
- The invoice number (if you have a billing question)
- Your credit card number and expiration date (if you're making a payment)
- Your username and password
- The type of computer you have
- The type and version of operating system you are using (i.e. Windows 95, Windows 98, XP or Macintosh)
- The make and model of your modem
- The exact error message you are getting
- The program that you're having trouble with (e-mail, Web browser, FTP, etc.)
- The dial-up number you are using to connect to Atlantic.Net
- The version of Atlantic.Net software you are using to connect to the Internet (i.e. Edition 8.0)
