You will be billed monthly on the anniversary of the date you registered for the Atlantic.Net Cloud. You will only be billed for the cloud servers you deploy and the data transfer used in the previous month.

For a detailed billing section in the Cloud Control Panel, navigate to Account Info → Payment and Billings. Here you can update your payment information and view your entire billing history and activity. You can also create billing alerts for added peace of mind.

Atlantic.Net offers a clear breakdown of billing costs prior to deploying a VPS. The cost of each VPS plan is shown right before you click deploy.

We offer three types of payment terms:

1. A pay-as-you-go pricing model
2. One-year commitment discounted rate
3. Three-year commitment discounted rate

The pay-as-you-go pricing model has no minimum fee — you can spin up a server for 5 hours or 5 months and you will only be charged for what you use.

You pay for the services you need for as long as you want to use them, with no need for long-term contracts or complex licensing agreements.

Cloud services are billed on an hourly basis up to the monthly cap rate. The hourly rate is determined by dividing the monthly rate by 672 hours (28 days). If you use a service for more than 672 hours in a month, you will only be billed for the monthly rate.

Yes. We bill for your cloud server from the time you create it until you delete it. If you stop your server, we still have to reserve CPU, memory, and storage resources even though the server is not running.

Yes. You can easily upgrade your VPS plan at any time through the Atlantic.Net Cloud Control Panel. This flexibility lets you scale your resources based on your current needs and avoid overpaying for unused capacity. Take a snapshot of the server, recreate the instance using a larger hosting plan, then restore the snapshot — the entire process takes only a few minutes.

The Atlantic.Net Cloud Platform supports a wide range of popular operating systems, including Linux distributions (CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, and more), Windows Server, and FreeBSD. You can choose the operating system that best suits your requirements during the server deployment process. In total, we have 40+ Linux builds and 14 Windows Server versions to choose from.
