How NVIDIA Mellanox connects the Atlantic.Net cloud
- InfiniBand: super fast and enables servers to communicate at breakneck speeds efficiently. InfiniBand technology underpins our cloud service and disaster recovery communications.
- Ethernet and RoCE: our servers communicate over high-speed Ethernet, and the storage layer is connected via RoCE.
NVIDIA Mellanox also offers VPI, which lets you use both InfiniBand and Ethernet together, giving Atlantic.Net flexibility in how we set things up for our clients.
