Atlantic.Net is one of the largest Internet service providers in Florida. Puranik, 25, is one of the company’s founders.

Ernst & Young LLP established the Entrepreneur of the Year program to honor outstanding entrepreneurs whose achievements place them among Florida’s business leaders. Regional winners, to be announced June 24, are eligible for Ernst & Young’s National Entrepreneur of the Year Award. In three of the past four years, the national award winner has been from Florida.
